- Handle billing and manage the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store ambience and product displays
- Support stock organisation and day-to-day store operations
- Promote experiential learning kits and career-focused products
Cashier
The In-Store Cashier is responsible for efficiently processing customer transactions while upholding the highest standards of customer service and professional conduct.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Be the final point of contact - knowledgeable, courteous, accurate
- Handle cash, card, and digital payment modes
- Maintain transaction records and daily cash reconciliation
- Assist customers with billing queries and product information
